The Rutgers School of Public Health is beginning to implement an electronic signature process for academic-related forms using DocuSign. Students, staff, and faculty will be able to prepare, submit, and electronically sign, academic forms online. Before starting, students should first view the fillable PDF form to learn what information is needed – but students will not need to complete the fillable PDF form before submitting a DocuSign form. Then, students should gather email contact information for their advisor and/or others as applicable on the form. You can find emails by using the School Directory.
