Wellness PHirst Orientation (Virtual)

Join a Wellness PHirst orientation session to learn about the Rutgers School of Public Health's wellness programs and initiatives this year and how you can earn incentives and rewards for putting "wellness phirst" as a student!

Wellness PHirst is a mission to embed wellness practices into the fabric of the Rutgers School of Public Health student experience. Each month throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to attend events and complete activities centered around a theme of wellness and to earn Wellness Wins (aka, rewards!) through our Wellness Winners program.
