Integrated Behavioral Health Policy Summit

The summit will feature three compelling components:

• Interdisciplinary Panel Discussion: Join us for an engaging panel discussion with leaders from various organizations, including RWJMS Department of Psychiatry and Family Medicine, Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, Mental Health Association of New Jersey, Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care, Collaborative Support Programs for New Jersey, and the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. This panel will explore critical topics and insights in the field of integrated behavioral health.

• Research Forum: Discover the latest research and initiatives from providers, interns, residents, and graduate students across New Jersey. We are excited to announce three separate $100 awards for Innovation, Quality of Care, and Health Equity, recognizing outstanding contributions to the field.

• Didactic Policy and Advocacy Workshop: Learn about Capitol Hill Advocacy, Resolution Writing, and Effective Communication with state and federal legislators. The workshop will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to advocate for critical changes in the healthcare system. The summit will conclude with remarks from RWJMS Dean Amy Murtha.
