Info. Session: Public Health in the Caribbean

Learn more about the Rutgers School of Public Health's Global Course," Public Health in the Caribbean" by joining the upcoming virtual info. session from noon to 1:00 p.m. on Oct. 16. 2024

This course will highlight public health in the Caribbean and facilitates cultural immersion while examining the role of various agencies in key national health programs in the given cultural and economic context. This is a 3 credit graduate-level course offered with a limited number of online sessions during the spring semester and one week of travel in St.Lucia!

The course will be taught by Dr. Merlene Fredricks-James, associate professor in the Department of Urban-Global Public Health and former chief medical officer of St. Lucia!
