This year's lecture, titled "The Dysregulation of Research,” will be presented by Dr. Norman Fost, MD, MPH. As the Founder of the Program in Bioethics and Chair of the IRB and Hospital Ethics Committee for an impressive 31 years, Dr. Fost's insights are sure to inspire and provoke thought.
