Provides information related to child labor laws from the U.S. DOL-WHD. - U.S. DOL-WHD, Fact Sheet 39: The Employment of Workers with Disabilities at Special Minimum Wages; and, Fact Sheet 39B: Prevailing Wages and Commensurate Wages under Section 14(c) of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
- Fact sheet 39 discusses the special minimum wage for those with disabilities.

Created by the Labor Occupational Health Program at the University of California, Berkeley and (with funding from) the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, this curriculum teaches workers with disabilities about health and safety on the job. This curriculum includes lesson plans, Power Point presentations and activities. - Workplace Hazards Checklist and Making the Workplace Safer Activity
Created by Labor Occupational Health Program at University of California, Berkeley, checklist helps to identify workplace hazards with examples of grocery stores and fast food restaurants. Provides steps on how to make workplace safer with examples.
