MCH Faculty Workgroup

The Faculty Workgroup provides expertise to the MCH Training Program. Members provide their expertise for purposes of MCH curriculum development and overall program planning. The Faculty Workgroup acts as a network for recruitment of students and advocates for increased commitment to MCH by Rutgers School of Public Health and Rutgers Biomedical Health Sciences. Members serve as a resource to students for informal mentoring. The faculty members in the workgroup are concentrated primarily in the School of Public Health and include members of key disciplines to MCH: epidemiology, health systems and policy, health education and behavioral science, and urban health. The Faculty Workgroup meets twice a year to discuss the progress of the program. Representatives from MCH community organizations are also encouraged to join. Members of the MCH Student Organization are invited to be present at meetings to ensure student input and feedback.
