Master of Public Health (MPH) in Dental Public Health (45 credits)

The MPH degree in Dental Public Health provides opportunities for the student to select an area of concentration. They include oral epidemiology, or public policy and oral health service administration. The oral epidemiology emphasis focuses on the distribution and determinants of oral diseases. The oral health service administration emphasis is concerned with implications of public health policy on the structure, process and outcome of the oral health delivery system. In addition to other MPH degree requirements, each student must complete seven required department courses (15 credit hours) and three elective courses (9 credit hours) prior to the completion of the program
