The Rutgers School of Public Health is accredited to July 1, 2015 by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), an independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit schools of public health. All accredited schools undergo a periodic full evaluation every five to seven years. As part of this evaluation, the School constructs a self-study report which comprehensively describes our instructional, research, and service efforts, as well as the resources, faculty, staff, and students. A team of qualified peer reviewers assesses the validity of the self-study document during an on-site visit.
The Rutgers School of Public Health will participate in a review for re-accreditation by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) from June 10 - 12, 2015. CEPH will accept third-party comments about our school’s programs, practices, procedures, and/or policies up to 30 days prior to the scheduled site visit. The deadline for submitting comments to CEPH is May 10, 2015. Comments may be forwarded to Nakita J. Kanu, Accreditation Specialist at CEPH:
