Accreditation

CEPH accreditation logoThe Rutgers School of Public Health is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), an independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit schools of public health. All accredited schools undergo periodic full evaluations, including preparing a self-study document and hosting a team of qualified peer reviewers to assess the validity of the self-study document during an on-site visit.  The last accreditation site visit was held December 13-15, 2006. Currently, Rutgers School of Public Health is accredited to July 1, 2015.  To request an electronic copy of the 2006 self-study, please contact the Dean’s Office at (732) 235-9700.

The Rutgers School of Public Health is preparing to undergo another periodic full evaluation, including preparing a self-study document and hosting a team of qualified peer reviewers to assess the validity of the self-study document during an on-site visit before July 1, 2015. More details about this evaluation will be posted as they are available.
